Welcome to The Wellness Journey with Michelle LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, educational materials, digital downloads, and any coaching or programs offered directly or indirectly through www.coach-michelle.net (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site and/or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services and Scope of Practice

The Wellness Journey with Michelle provides holistic health and lifestyle coaching, rooted in functional nutrition education, detox strategies, and non-toxic living guidance.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Our services are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to replace the advice of licensed medical professionals.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be 18 years or older or have the involvement of a parent or guardian. By booking or purchasing, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so.

4. Health Disclaimer

You acknowledge that all content provided by The Wellness Journey with Michelle LLC is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a diagnosed condition. 

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All program payments are due as outlined at the time of booking.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of coaching and digital services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

• For programs with a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. 

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including but not limited to guides, worksheets, videos, graphics, logos, and text—is the intellectual property of The Wellness Journey with Michelle LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without express written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Any personal health information shared during sessions is kept confidential in accordance with ethical coaching standards. We are not covered by HIPAA, but every reasonable effort will be made to safeguard your information.

9. Testimonials and Results

Any testimonials shared on the Site or social media are personal experiences and not guarantees of results. Your progress depends on many individual factors including your commitment, health status, and lifestyle choices. 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. You agree to use our offerings at your own risk.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
