Look, I'm not going to pretend I've worked with hundreds of people. I'm relatively new to having my own practice, and I'm honest about that.

What I do have is extensive training (Nutrition Therapy Master, Dr. Pompa certified), personal experience with this exact struggle, and a genuine commitment to helping you investigate what's been overlooked.

I work with a limited number of clients at a time so everyone gets actual attention - not a cookie-cutter protocol, not a "here's your meal plan, good luck" situation.
